Fall is the season of grief, a normal part of loss and letting go.

Just as the leaves are falling from the trees, we are being asked to let go of old patterns, habits, emotions, and beliefs that no longer serve our spiritual growth process during these intense transformational times.
Fall: Metal Element (Air)
Metal is forged from rocks and stones; the minerals of the Earth. Rocks/metals form the structure and strength of mountains, riverbanks, and skyscrapers, just as the metal element rules structure and strength on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels in humans. Burdock Flower Essence
Burdock Flower Essences supports the energetic process of “unraveling” the bonds between anger and heavy metals, which allows the body to release both the anger and the metals.
