Transform Headaches 😣 into Action 😀
Have headaches? Spring into action! Plants are pushing up through the soil, stems are leafing out and some flowering plants are blooming. The rufous hummingbirds are back from Mexico and are already building nests.
What did you put off during the fall and winter months? Delayed projects create stagnant energy that can manifest as headaches. Primarily this kind of headache shows up at the bladder meridian – 1 inch on either side of the centerline of the cranium and down through the neck– and/or at the gallbladder meridian – both sides of the cranium and down through the neck. I find it interesting both of the organs store fluids then release them. It’s the part of not releasing into action that causes headaches.
Another kind of headache comes from the Crown Chakra. In this case, the headache comes from the Crown Chakra being too closed which doesn’t allow for spiritual energies to come in and be grounded into daily actions. Or if the Crown Chakra is too open, you may want to dwell only in high-frequency energies and engage as little as possible with the mundane. This can also create headaches, as one important function of being human is to move spirit into daily life.
