February 2018: Chakras!

I am so excited! (Drum roll please!) We are now beginning to introduce our Chakra Essence Blends! Over the last seven years I’ve compiled lists of essences for each chakra, researched and found the appropriate crystals and made multiple test blends. Last summer I made four new essences and upgraded several others that complete three of the Chakra Blends. This summer I will hopefully be able to make and upgrade all of the remaining essences needed to complete all seven of the major chakras. Chakras are wheel shaped vortexes of energy where consciousness and matter meet. When they are open and clear we experience vibrant health and aliveness. When they are clogged and sluggish we begin to experience symptoms of dis-ease on the physical, emotional, mental and/or spiritual levels. Each chakra operates within a specific frequency band that relates to the color and element. Life-force energy comes through each chakra, passing through the energy fields and entering the body. Each chakra connects to an area of the spine and an endocrine gland, which triggers related qualities and symptoms. This newsletter we are introducing the Root and Sacral Chakra Essence Blends. Wild Gooseberry is in both Chakra Blends. Mandarin Lights Azalea and Coral Sunset Peony are in the Sacral Chakra Blend. They are all on special through February.

Coral Sunset Peony Flower Essence

Coral Sunset Peony Flower Essence encourages you to allow a Higher Consciousness to guide your life. Surrender your ego and align your personal will with the Divine/Higher Consciousness will. This doesn’t mean to give up or to let go of your personal responsibility. It does mean that you may not be able to see the larger picture that Higher Consciousness, the Divine can see. From your limited perspective the choices you make may not be in alignment with your genuine personal power and higher purpose. Orient your desires, intentions and actions toward that Higher will. Use your personal power with heart-oriented discernment. The Coral Sunset Peony Flower Essence works through the sacral chakra for personal power and the heart chakra for gentle Divine Guidance. Root Chakra Essence Blend

The main themes of the Root Chakra are survival, being grounded, and unity within family, tribe, group and collective consciousness. It is located at the coccyx at the base of the spine. The associated endocrine gland is the adrenals. The Root Chakra also relates to legs, feet and bones. The frequency color is red and the element is earth.

Symptoms: Symptoms of the Root Chakra include shock, fear for physical safety and the fight/flight/freeze response leading to panic. A person with a sluggish root chakra is concerned primarily with their family, tribe or group to the exclusion of others, which can lead to fear of being ostracized. Another symptom of the Root Chakra is living in the past with an inability to release memories, including debilitating memories of birth, early childhood or other life traumas. Fear of lack fuels either an attachment to possessions – the more I possess, the more I feel secure – or a foundation of scarcity leading to financial difficulties. A person with a weak root chakra is often over or under weight, and may have sciatica nerve issues or knee problems.

Action: The Root Chakra Essence Blend works through the energy circuits of the root chakra, coccyx, lower lumbar spine, legs and feet. It works through instinct to provide a sense of safety, security, stillness and stability grounded deep into the Earth. The Root Chakra is about physical survival by creating unity within the family, tribe, group and collective consciousness. It is a direct link to your ancestral genetic inheritance. Sacral Chakra Essence Blend

The main themes of the Sacral Chakra are emotions, duality of self vs. other, cooperation vs. competition, and physical empowerment. It is located at the sacral nerve plexus (bundle of nerves between S4 and L4), and hara/dantien (Sea of Qi Ren 6). The Sacral Chakra also relates to womb, vagina, genitals, kidney, bladder, large intestine, and the lower burner of the Triple Burner. The frequency color is orange and the element is water.

Symptoms: A symptom of the sacral chakra is suspicion, even violence, toward “others” who are not part of my family, tribe, skin color, race, religion or sexual orientation. The tendency is to control other people, sometimes violently, through power, money or sex. Confusion between love and sex is common. A symptom of the Sacral Chakra being clouded and sluggish is low self-esteem and taking things personally with the need to prove oneself through competition. Strong emotions associated with the Sacral Chakra include anger, guilt and regret. Seeking attention from others and becoming emotionally dependent may arise out of a sense of alienation and loneliness. Physical symptoms can include lower back pain, bladder or kidney issues, constipation or hemorrhoids, impotence or prostate problems, and uterus, fertility or menstrual issues.

Actions: The Sacral Chakra Essence works through the energy circuits of the sacral chakra, the sacral and lower lumbar spine, and the reproductive and elimination organs. When the Sacral Chakra is open and active, it provides a sense of emotional and social safety that leads to acceptance of and cooperation with other people. It inspires self-esteem, caring touch, respectful sexuality and enjoyment of life. An open and clear Sacral Chakra instills emotionally balanced movement and physical empowerment. The Sacral Chakra is the seat of clairsentience.
