Hello! This is our first newsletter of the year after our low-key start to 2024. If you missed our specials last month they will be available through the weekend, so be sure to check them out! We are all good and well here at Tree Frog Farm. Like much of the country, we have had our fair share of weird weather patterns so far, mixed with bouts of being under the weather! All is good though, and we are happy to get back into the swing of things. This brings us to the theme for our February newsletter. It’s all about connection and communication.

Communication is key to our survival and manifestation of our desires in the Universe! We need to effectively convey our needs, thoughts, and feelings to understand and be understood. In the beginning, we cry as infants to communicate our needs to our caregivers. It’s amazing how we shape the world around us even at such a young age! The gratifying feeling of being understood makes us feel safe.

However, becoming an efficient communicator takes time and practice. It can be frustrating when we struggle to articulate our needs without the necessary knowledge or skills. Miscommunication can lead to uncertainty, so keeping the lines of communication open becomes more of a necessity than a preference.

Sometimes we stumble upon experiences, situations, or people that we find challenging to deal with. They may speak a different language, whether literally or metaphorically. But as we observe and pick up on their expressions and impressions, we gradually learn to navigate this new territory. Through experience, we gain the ability to communicate our needs effectively.

This journey of learning to communicate continues throughout our lifetime. It applies to all aspects of our lives, at all levels of existence. Interestingly, the thought of Indian Pipe kept popping up in my mind and conversations this week. It serves as a reminder to stay open to new experiences and embrace the art of communication in all its diverse forms.
