For seemingly unknown reasons my emotions have run high, and my body ached the past few weeks. Things that could go wrong, did go wrong. I spoke recently with a few friends, both of which told me they too, have been experiencing these same symptoms. This got me thinking, is there something happening within the realm of expansion of human consciousness or evolution? Or is it just a coincidence?

I have been trying to connect and allow myself the time to do something that makes me happy. Art is one of those things I can do to channel my hurt and sadness and use it to create something beautiful. Inspiration can come from many places. Do what you want or enjoy doing.
