Happy New Year!! Get a little wild! Dream. Listen to your deep knowing. Start fresh with ideas of what you want to create. Then go for it! This year holds a lot of potential both astrologically and according to the Chinese year of the Sheep/Goat (starting Feb 1st). I’m dreaming of holding my first ever Flower Essence Practitioner Training Class. WOW! The planning will take most of a year, so it is tentatively scheduled for next fall, probably in October. We will keep you posted as the planning progresses. See the side bar and our events calendar for more fun events.

Black Gooseberry Flower Essence

Black Gooseberry is a US Pacific NW native deciduous perennial shrub that grows to 4 feet tall and has numerous “fuzzy” golden prickles with larger thorns at the leaf nodes. It grows best in moist forest edges with partial shade. Small maroon saucer-like flowers grow in drooping clusters. The black, round berries are edible for humans and wildlife.

Salmonberry Flower Essence

Salmonberry is a deciduous shrub native to the U.S. Pacific Northwest that grows well in areas of moist, rich soils with sun. It provides delicious, orange-red blackberry-like fruit in early summer.
