We are all unique in our purpose. We have journeys that take us places that we may or may not have expected to go. Some of our experiences lead us to knowledge that opens doors for us in this life. Some of these experiences can seem hindering, while others are messages from our guides and higher self.
I have tried unsuccessfully to astral project, but I have had two out-of-body experiences. The first time was when I was about 2. I had been having an allergic reaction to something that was putting me into anaphylactic shock, the last time of which I was not breathing for nearly 5 min before I was hooked up to an oxygen machine. I don’t remember this experience through memory, but I’m sure I was guided to stay in my body. Turns out I was allergic to a dye in Flintstones brand children’s vitamins.
The second time was when I was 18. I remember being in a bath and looking down at my body and thinking it was very strange to be having this view of myself. My sweet kitty Zero used to love hanging out with me when I had a bath, scooping up some bubbles in his paw and licking them off, so it was no surprise to see him come up to the bathtub. When his little nose touched my hand, feeling the sensation I was sucked back into my body. I wasn’t sure what that was, but I was glad to be alive the next day. I didn’t talk about that experience for quite some time.
It wasn’t until I got more in touch again with nature that I began seeing a correlation between these events and the knowledge I had about our human abilities – the ones we are often unaware of. I believe we all have the ability to be clairvoyant, clairaudient, psychic, etc. There have been many messages I have received from guides or spirit. I cannot always pinpoint the origins, and some who have heard me relay these messages think I am losing it!
Believe receiver of information, try tuning into a crystal or flower and see what you can find out or hear. Write what you receive down and reference what others have picked up – or not, it’s up to you. It’s easy and fun to test this with a friend or even alone. I urge you to try something of this sort and see what you find out!
The Crown Chakra is known as the seat to enlightenment. Many people are eager to try this out, skipping through without being sure that their lower chakras are in alignment. When Diana finished the formula for the Crown Chakra she was very excited and handed me a small bottle asking me what color I felt. I immediately felt purple; a rich dark plum purple, my favorite color as a child. I told her and she giddily said that the Crown Chakra Essence Blend was finished.
